The Reber-Thomas Dining Center is a two-story, 120,000-square-foot all you-care-to-eat buffet that boasts a seating capacity of more than 2,700 (outdoor and indoor seating) and 27 different stations with a variety of food options. Our food stations range from international flavors to homestyle favorites, featuring items like made-from-scratch pasta, customizable omelets, and freshly prepared sushi.

The dining center also has a gluten-free zone that includes breads and spreads, waffles and gluten-free baked goods from our bakeshop, as well as a newly added locked pantry concept where approved students will have access to snacks and pantry staples that are gluten-, dairy-, and tree nut- and peanut-free. Additionally, we’ve added a chef exhibition station that’s perfect for hosting cooking classes and serving up new and creative dishes.
